Where is Agile Principle Respect?

In the organizational hierarchy RTE/Senior positions has greater visibility as well as every scrum master has directed to listen and get confirmation from RTE before taking any major decisions. Often I could observe that promoted people in the organization often thinks that all responsibility has given to juniors or one level below, but not rights. But when scrum master reaching RTE on confirmation or getting clarified on some questions , RTE deals scrum master with the mental image that after all you are scrum master or you are not capable or you are wasting my time🙄.  These thoughts will be cultivated from several cognitive injustice did in the past by RTE which has been missed to reflect.

Actually, if you are not intended to treat a fellow beings equally then you incapable for your position. If you feel like you are over occupied then speak with your reporting manager and offload your work. You dont have any rights to enslave or treat fellow beings non equally.
